Puzzle Push level guide
Sokoban Level 1: Aral Sea
Four barrels sit between four corner targets. The short route clears the left pair first, then the right pair. The useful habit is to choose where you need to stand before pushing: a barrel next to a target may still need a turn.
Try the board first
4 barrels · 4 targets · Starter difficulty (estimated)
The cat is the player, trees are walls, barrels are boxes, and pale squares are targets. A barrel covers its target when placed. This is Puzzle Push's level numbering; another Sokoban game may use different boards.

Hints: Approach each barrel from the right side
Open one hint at a time. Try the suggested idea before revealing the next.
Hint 1
Start with the barrel nearest the upper-left target. Walk up, then push it left.
Hint 2
The middle-left barrel needs to go down before it goes left. Walk around it so you can push toward the lower-left target.
Hint 3
Finish the lower-right barrel, then move the remaining right barrel up and approach it from the left.
A mistake to avoid
Pushing toward the nearest wall without planning the next approach can leave you on the wrong side. In particular, the middle barrels need a change of direction before they reach their corner targets.
Key moves in one valid solution
These board snapshots explain the important turns. Each move number counts walking and pushes from the starting board.
Reveal the key moves
Move 2: Clear the upper-left target
The first barrel moves left onto its target. This leaves space above the middle-left barrel for a downward push.
Move 6: Turn toward the lower-left target
After pushing the middle-left barrel down, walk to its right and push left. The player changes sides instead of trying to pull the barrel.
Move 9: Prepare the final turn
The lower-right target is filled. Push the remaining barrel up, then walk left of it for the final push right.
Full solution replay
The shown route has 12 moves and 6 pushes. Play, pause, or step through it to study how the player changes sides.
Move 0 of 12 · 0 pushes · 0 of 4 targets filled
This is one valid route, not a claim of the fewest moves. Watching a replay does not save a manual clear.
